Diets

There are so many different diets out there today. Many of us are wanting to lose some of those extra pounds. You may be one of them. What is the best diet? NutriSystem, Weight Watchers, diet pills and others are claiming to be the answer. I know that it is very important to eat healthy and exercise. Is there a certain blend of those two that work best? Of course we all want it to come easy and it just doesn't. I think it takes dedication, hard work and also a willingness to deprive ourselves of certain things that we think we really need to have. Let me know if you have the easy way out.
