Our Family Is Growing

We finally got our family all together and had pictures taken this past summer.  It was a fun day!  All 18 of us were there.  Hard to believe what started with two of us has become so many.  :)  We feel very blessed.

Our Baby

Our puppy Zoe is getting older.  She will be 14.  Over the past few years she has been diagnosed with diabetis.  It has taken a toll on her health.  Though she is aging and slowing down, we love her and are caring and treating her disease.

Aliyah

Over Valentines weekend we went and stayed with our son and his wife.  We got to take care of baby Aliyah while mommy and daddy went on a date.  She is so precious and growing so fast.  She was such a good baby for us.  Love Love Love her!

Our youngest son loves the guitar.  He took an interest when he was quite young and actually taught himself how to play.  He purchased several different guitars over the years and liked brands such as d'addario strings from musicians friend.  He had amps, picks, straps and other items.  It was fun to listen to him play.

ipad mini

We had the original ipad.  We loved it.  Then we got an ipad 2.  We loved it too.  Actually we still love it because we still have it.  Then we bought an ipad mini.  We are loving that as well.  It is a different size but still works the same.  The mini is very easy to take along wherever we go.  There may be a time when we get the next ipad but for now we are satisfied with the mini.  Thanks Apple!

Netbook

Remember the netbooks?  Do they still make them?  We bought one several years ago and still use it as a spare laptop.  It is small and easy to carry.  As old as ours is, it is fairly slow but still works well.  We didn't have to pay much for the computer so it was a good purchase.  We will keep it as a spare as long as it lasts.  My curiosity has raised and I am going to check if netbooks are still being sold.

Cold Weather

Here we go again.  Seems like we were just talking about the cold weather.  I am not a fan of the cold.  I don't snowmobile, ski or ice fish.  I enjoy the warmth of summer.  I enjoy trips to exotic locations, sitting on a beautiful beach.  I am glad so people love winter and the cold but we can't all be the same.  You can enjoy the cold but I choose not to.

When I met my husband he wore glasses once in a while.  Then as he grew older he began to wear them all the time. Cousins Love

Our oldest grand daughter is holding our youngest grand daughter.  They are so sweet together.  Kaelyn sure does love Aliyah!   Blessed!!
