TV Shows

We have some favorite TV shows that we try to watch. I record them so if I happen to miss the show I can watch it later. We like CSI, Cold Case, Criminal Minds, Survivor and Dancing With The Stars. Well, I like Dancing With The Stars. Bill isn't a real fan of the show but, he will watch it with me.

Orlando Vacations

Life is busy and can be stressful at times. My family has always looked forward to taking a vacation at some point through out the year. Our orlando vacations were definitely a highlight for us all. There is so much to do and experience there. We were never disappointed. We will go back again some day.

RV Towing

It won't be long now and we'll be looking at our retirement years. Hard to believe how time flies. We have talked about what we might enjoy doing in those years to come. Many like taking an RV and traveling the country. They have rv towing that eases the stresses involved with that kind of travel. Not sure if that's what we would like to do or not. Time will tell.

H1N1

There has been much information in the media lately on the H1N1 virus. Some people are all in favor of the shots or mist while others don't want anything to do with it. I guess we all need to decide for ourselves. From what I have heard from people that have done a lot of research is that more people die from the regular flu than H1N1. There are such mixed reviews available.

Falling Leaves

I guess it is the season for the leaves to fall. We just mow over the leaves using our mulching mower. In the spring we rake to make things look nice. We don't have a pickup so we will have to figure out a way to haul the leaves next spring. I am sure we will come up with a plan. I'm not worried about it at all.

Artificial Christmas Tree

With two grand babies due soon, we will find ourselves very busy. Christmas is around the corner and there is so much to do and get done. I've begun shopping and am planning when to start baking and decorating. I think we will put up our artificial christmas tree the week before Thanksgiving. We like to enjoy it through out the Holiday season.

Happy 59th Anniversary Mom and Dad!

My parents will celebrate their 59th Wedding Anniversary tomorrow! What a wonderful example and inspiration they are to their family and others. Thanks mom and dad for being you!

Momma's

There's our new little grand babies. Our daughter and daughter-in-law are due 5 days part. Their first children were born 12 days a part. It's so great for the kids. They love playing with each other! Now two more on the way. :)

Amish Fireplaces

For many years we've been wanting to put in a fireplace. We were unsure of what we were going to do. We had looked into the Amish fireplaces and thought they were beautiful!
