Garage Door Openers

We have lived in our home for almost thirty years now. My husband has always wanted to build another garage, but we just haven't gotten it done. There has always been something else that needed doing first. The garage we presently have is attached and has garage door openers. That is the only way to go. We are a spoiled society aren't we?
