Car Issues

Don't you get frustrated when you have car problems? I sure do. Today Bill started our SUV and the dash lights and displays along with some other things weren't working. We recently put in a new battery so I am hoping it had to do with that. Bill disconnected the battery and hooked it up again. Everything is working again now. Maybe it needed to be reset. Is that possible? Also included in this issue was that the service engine soon light stayed on. I guess we will see if it stays on and if so we will have it checked out. What else do you do?
