Collective Bargaining

There has been a lot of news lately about collective bargaining. I have never worked in a job that has had a union and I don't totally understand collective bargaining. Many of the surrounding states have had issues with it. From the little I know about the whole thing I am in favor of the hard working employees that get good benefits. I sort of feel for the employer too.
