Natural Acne Cleanser

In raising three children we found them to each be quite different. They had their own goals and even health issues. Adolescent acne can be an issue, but wasn't to big of one in our household. I like the idea of a natural acne cleanser that probably won't have the risk of side effects you may not want to encounter. We have begun using many natural type products.
