Love My Elliptical!

Although I don't have a large enough space for a lot of fitness equipment, I do have a nice space in our spare bedroom downstairs for an elliptical. We purchased the elliptical a few years ago and I couldn't be happier about it. I'm not the type of person who enjoys going to the gym to work out....I'd much rather exercise in the quiet of my own home. Thankfully I'm able to do that almost every morning before I go to work. It's such a nice, quiet and relaxing time for me. It gives me energy for the day ahead.
