Numbing

I'm not sure why, but for the past couple of weeks I have been having some problems with my shoulder. When I sit down and start to work on the computer, I get a soreness in my shoulder and it works its way down my arm until I have numbness and tingling in my fingers. I'm really not sure what is going on, but my twin sister says that she has been dealing with this type of thing for the past few years. She says to try ice on it at night. I'll have to do that since it's hurting me right now.
